They are seeking a versatile and highly skilled Web Designer/Developer to join their team. This is a unique, full-cycle role where you will be responsible for both the visual design and technical implementation of our digital assets. You must be able to work independently to deliver high-quality, functional, and aesthetically pleasing results across multiple projects, with a strong focus on e-commerce solutions.
Key Responsibilities & Projects
- Lead the design and development of a unique, custom website from scratch for a new brand.
- Design and implement conversion-focused landing pages and marketing graphics.
- Translate high-fidelity designs (created in Figma) into clean, functional code within a WordPress environment.
- Handle the full build-out and maintenance of websites, including the selection, integration, and configuration of necessary plugins.
Requirements
- Expert proficiency with WordPress and WooCommerce development.
- Demonstrated ability to design professional-grade interfaces using Figma.
- Strong understanding of web UI/UX best practices and mobile-first design.
- Proven ability to manage both the design and implementation phases of a web project, acting as a true design-developer.
Key Deliverables
The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing the following assets:
- Complete Website UI/UX
- High-converting Landing Pages
- Graphic Assets (web banners, icons, etc.)
- Email Templates
- Social Media Assets
- Basic Brand Identity Elements
Nice-to-Have Skills
