Aufgaben
- Abwicklung und Verbuchung des Zahlenverkehrs sowie Führung der Bankkonten
- Führung der Offenen-Posten-Listen
- Mahnwesen
- Kontenabstimmung und Kontenklärung
- Stammdatenpflege sowie Bonitätsprüfung von Neukunden
- Schriftverkehr mit Kunden
- Bearbeitung der Warenkreditversicherung
- Durchführung von Zahlläufen und Lastschrifteneinzügen
- Bearbeitung von gerichtlichen Geschäftsvorfällen sowie Schriftverkehr mit Rechtsanwälten
Qualifikation
- erfolgreich abgeschlossener kaufmännischer oder steuerspezifischer Ausbildungsberuf z.B. Kaufmann (m/w/d) für Büromanagement, Finanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) oder Steuerfachangestellter (m/w/d)
- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in oben genannten Bereichen
- sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office Systemen
- Kommunikationsstärke
- Organisationstalent
- Teamfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Motivation runden Ihr Profil ab
