Analog Devices is looking for Engineer Trainee for Digital IC Physical Verification and Design activities at its Chip Design team in Bangalore/Hyderabad, India.

The selected students will work on chip development based on ultra-deep submicron process technologies. They will work on active projects and will be closely guided by experienced engineers of Analog Devices. This will include Chip floor-planning, LVS,DRC,ERC , ERC runset development, Electrical power integrity (IR/EM) analysis,etc. using industry-leading CAD tools.

Duration : 1 year. They may be considered for permanent positions that may arise in the future, depending on their performance in the trainee period.

Eligibility: BTech/BS/BE Electrical/Electronics Engineering with excellent academic records. To automate various tasks in the day-to-day job, skill in scripting/automation languages like Python/C etc. will be an added advantage.

For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. As such, applicants for this position – except US Citizens, US Permanent Residents, and protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) – may have to go through an export licensing review process.
