Join the team redefining how the world experiences design.

Hello, hey, g'day, mabuhay, kia ora, 你好, hallo, vítejte!

Thanks for stopping by. We know job hunting can be a little time consuming and you're probably keen to find out what's on offer, so we'll get straight to the point.

Where and how you can work

Our flagship office is in Sydney, Australia, but we've made our way from down under, to a campus in Austin, Texas which is now home to our US operations. You have choice in where and how you work, we trust our Canvanauts to choose the balance that empowers them and their team to achieve their goals.

What you’d be doing in this role

As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.

At the moment, this role is focused on:

  • Helping deliver features within the Lead to Opportunity pillar of the GTM Systems team to support seller productivity, with guidance from the team
  • Working with cross-functional teams (Sales Ops, Customer Success, Partner Ops, Finance) to understand business needs and help shape them into clear requirements and user stories
  • Helping identify and reduce workflow friction points that slow sellers down
  • Looking for everyday ways AI can accelerate your work + simplify our seller processes and reduce manual steps
  • Working with senior Admins and Developers to build and configure solutions supporting Accounts, Opportunities, and related objects
  • Building and maintaining complex Flows and automations
  • Keeping data quality high and uphold platform governance best practices.
  • Creating test cases and support UAT sessions with stakeholders.
  • Working with stakeholders to answer everyday system questions and unblock workflows + growing into a reliable go-to partner for Salesforce admin support

You’re probably a match if

We're looking for someone with BSA + Salesforce skills who's genuinely curious about AI. You bring solid admin skills, a habit of experimenting with new tools, and a desire to make sellers' jobs easier. You like solving real problems and you're eager to learn — we'll bring the mentoring and the context.

  • You have 3-5 years of hands-on experience administering the Salesforce platform. Required Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, plus Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
  • You have solid working knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and best practices, including building Flows, validation rules, and reports in Sales Cloud
  • You’re an AI builder & fast learner: comfortable using AI tools to accelerate development, generate code, build agents, and write requirements - and eager to upskill in an AI-native, fast-paced environment
  • You proactively look for everyday ways AI can simplify processes and reduce manual steps
  • You have familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools such as Gearset, Copado, etc.
  • You have familiarity with Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Gong, Customer Success platforms, Workato, and Clay
  • You have familiarity with process mapping, user stories, and stakeholder collaboration
  • You have experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with development teams
  • You have M&A migration experience - migrating data and records from acquired companies into the CRM following an acquisition

About the team

You’ll be part of the GTM Technology Systems team within the Sales & Success Supergroup, where we empower our global go-to-market teams to succeed. Within the Lead to Opportunity pillar, we build and maintain systems that move a lead through to a closed opportunity running smoothly.
