- Industrializar nuevos productos y tecnologías en producción.
- Garantizar la entrega a tiempo y con el nivel de calidad adecuado.

- Gestionar proyectos interdisciplinarios relacionados con la industrialización y la mejora continua por ejemplo para nuevas tecnologías.
- Promover el trabajo en equipo y la eficiente distribución de tareas del 4-4-1 y los business teams dentro de la organización.
