- Product (precision testing unit) and/or automation testing equipment mechanical development
- Work out development plan, detail design, standard parts selection, and tolerance analysis; create 3D/2D drawing, BOM, assembly manual and buy off document etc…
- Conduct regular design review within the team to ensure an optimized design that can cover function, cost, schedule, DFM, etc.
- Communicate with vendor to deliver parts precisely and timely.
- Prototype assembly / buyoff / debug / evaluation / design improvement / qualification
- Product FA and root cause finding by in-depth study
- Collaboration with global (US/Japan/Philippines/Thailand/Malaysia) and local teams on product / equipment development
- Working with mechanical simulation, testing, electrical, servo, software, firmware team for new product and equipment development
- Support new product / equipment ramp up in overseas
- Master degree or above in mechanical engineering or related fields
- Knowledge/experience on mechanical design, TSA, heat treatment, material, mold and machining, FMEA, mechanical vibration, Solidworks software skillfully
- Experiences of system development, new product development, automation development, vision system development or application, data analysis is preferred
- Experiences in workshop is preferred
- Preferred to good at photography, has basic artistic ability
- High flexibility under various conditions; Uses professional concepts in accordance with company objectives to solve complex problems in creative and effective ways;
- Good team player, highly motivated and possessing a sense of urgency, capable of working independently
- Good written and verbal communication skills
