Für unseren Kunden am Standort Ulm suchen wir in Arbeitnehmerüberlassung zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Performance Manager (m/w/d).
Die Abteilung Value Management ist unter anderem verantwortlich für die Priorisierung und Fokussierung von Themen innerhalb der IT-Organisation durch den Aufbau von strategischen Planungs und Governance-Prozessen, die Implementierung eines Service-Portfolios, die Etablierung eines KVP Programms für die IT-Organisation, die Validierung von IT-Kostenstrukturen für IT-Services sowie das Software Asset Management.
Aufgaben
Global Indicator Reporting: Pflege und Weiterentwicklung globaler Kennzahlenreports für Globalen Legal Entities zur Sicherstellung konsistenter Daten-Governance und Transparenz Reporting, Analytics & Dashboards: Erstellung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von IT-Dashboards und Reports, inkl. aggregierter IT-Performance-Scores als Entscheidungsgrundlage Erstellung von operativen sowie Service-Performance-Reports: Analyse von Abweichungen,
Nachverfolgung der Datenlieferung sowie Unterstützung bei Root-Cause-Analysen gemeinsam mit Data Ownern und betroffenen Fachbereichen
Data Quality Assurance: Steuerung und Durchführung von Datenqualitätsprüfungen sowie Freigabeprozessen für Dashboards und Reporting-Landschaften (z.B. Plausibilitätsprüfungen, Vollständigkeit, Definitionen)
Process & Governance Support: Unterstützung von IT-Governance-Aktivitäten, insbesondere bei der Pflege von Service-Strukturen
Dokumentation: Erstellung und Pflege von Prozessdokumentationen sowie Knowledge Articles; aktive Klärung von Datenqualitätsproblemen mit IT- und Fachbereichen
Data Quality Ansprechpartner: Ansprechperson für Hardware-Asset-Datenqualitäts-Themen
Task Management: Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung von Progress-Maker-Tasks
Qualifikation
Ausgeprägtes analytisches und kritisches Denkvermögen, insbesondere die Fähigkeit, Kennzahlen und Datenstrukturen aktiv zu hinterfragen Hohes Daten- und Qualitätsbewusstsein.
Lösungsorientierte und anspruchsvolle Arbeitsweise, mit Fokus auf Ursachenanalyse (Root Cause Thinking) statt reiner Symptombehandlung.
Durchsetzungsstärke kombiniert mit Kommunikationsfähigkeit
Eigeninitiative und Ownership
Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Wirtschaftsingenieur oder Betriebswirtschaft
MS-Office
Erfahrung mit BI-Tools (z.B. Power BI) zur Datenvisualisierung und Entscheidungsunterstützung
Tiefgreifende Kenntnisse mit Excel (Pivot, PowerQuery etc.)
Erfahrung mit IT-Service- oder Enterprise-Plattformen (z.B. ServiceNow, LeanIX)
Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch und Englisch
Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Reporting / Performance Management
Erfahrung in der Definition und Steuerung von KPI-Systemen
Erfahrung in der Analyse von Plan-/Ist-Abweichungen und Ableitung von Maßnahmen
Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen (z.B. Finance und Vertrieb) zur
Datenvalidierung und -interpretation
