Job Title: Reward & Recognition Specialist, AVP

Location: Bangalore, India

Role Description

The Performance and Reward Enablement team is a key pillar of the Central P&R organisation, enabling coordinated and consistent processes across the product portfolio. The P&R Specialist is responsible for delivery and support of P&R products and processes. The role works in close partnership with Divisional HR, Central Performance and Reward, HR IT, HR Change, as well as liaising with Country HR, to ensure effective delivery of end-to-end processes.

Your key responsibilities

  • Support all process deliverables end to end on all group wide projects
  • Hands on support and expert advice for P&R product specialists and global delivery rollout of products, processes or policies e.g. project tracking, planning etc.
  • Work in partnership with talent acquisition, HRBP\HRA’s, Reward advisors and other cross functional teams with HR for all kinds of deliverables.
  • Manage and contribute to the production and sign off of high quality communication or reference materials to support managers and employees in the use of any P&R product or process e.g. HR Connect pages, system guides, manager FAQs, HR Direct training etc.
  • Support and potentially own relationships with relevant stakeholders including both internal colleagues across the Bank and external contacts such as vendors
  • Manage all the non annual awards related requests in a timely manner and ensure to complete with 100% accuracy
  • Ability to keep all the trackers up to date on a real time basis related to the transactions within deferred compensation process
  • Keeping all the KOP’s updated with most recent information that is being followed and agreed internally
  • Should always adhere to the process mentioned in the KOP and always be compliant with audit requirements
  • Maintain 100% accuracy & timelines in all deliverable within the P&R processes.
  • Work individually or collaborate with wider teams to improve process performance by solving problems and identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities
  • Understand the P&R systems in depth and working alongside HR technology / Change teams to lead the delivery of improvements and enhancements as needed e.g. Workday, Computershares, etc..
  • Manage and support data audits and cleanses as required and ensuring any follow up actions are completed on time
  • Specify and coordinate ad-hoc reporting and analysis of P&R data, ensuring output meets the desired requirements and is high quality

  • Experience in a HR environment (Reward/Performance experience essential)
  • Experience in large multisite / global organisations
  • Project management experience
  • Experience in designing effective communications materials
  • A consultative and collaborative approach to problem solving
  • Experience in HR systems and technology
  • Experience in process design and improvement
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
  • Integrity and discretion in dealing with sensitive information
  • Proactive, organised and logical in your approach
  • Highly proficient with MS Office products, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
  • A strong team player
