Wir suchen im Auftrag unseres Klienten T. Eilers & Partner Verstärkung im Bereich Recruiting und Personalgewinnung.
T. Eilers & Partner unterstützt kleine und mittelständische Unternehmen sowie private Haushalte dabei, Einnahmen und Ausgaben nachhaltig zu optimieren. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir motivierte Mitarbeiter (m/w/d), die neue Talente für unser Unternehmen gewinnen und den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess begleiten.
Du rekrutierst ausschließlich für T. Eilers & Partner. Wir sind keine Zeitarbeitsfirma und keine Personalvermittlung.
Die Tätigkeit erfolgt vollständig remote über unser digitales Büro. Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) sind herzlich willkommen.
Voraussetzung: Wohnsitz oder Zweitwohnsitz in Deutschland sowie eine stabile Internetverbindung.
Aufgaben
- Geeignete Kandidaten für offene Stellen identifizieren
- Stellenanzeigen erstellen und veröffentlichen
- Bewerbungen sichten und ein erstes Pre-Screening durchführen
- Telefonische und digitale Vorstellungsgespräche führen
- Bewerber während des gesamten Recruiting-Prozesses begleiten
- Social-Media-Recruiting und Active Sourcing unterstützen
- Recruiting-Aktivitäten dokumentieren und verwalten
- Bei Personalmarketing und Personalentwicklung mitwirken
Qualifikation
- Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
- Kommunikationsstärke und ein sicheres Auftreten
- Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Interesse an Recruiting und Personalwesen
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und digitalen Tools
- Wohnsitz oder Zweitwohnsitz in Deutschland
- Internetverbindung mit mindestens 30 Mbit/s
Erste Erfahrungen im Recruiting sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung. Auch motivierte Quereinsteiger erhalten eine strukturierte Einarbeitung.
