- Unterstützung unserer Finanzberater im Tagesgeschäft.
- Aufnahme und Pflege von Kunden- und Vertragsdaten.
- Vorbereitung von Unterlagen für Beratungstermine.
- Terminvereinbarung und Kommunikation mit Kunden.
- Organisation und Nachbereitung von Gesprächen.
- Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben.
- Digitale Dokumentenverwaltung und Datenpflege.
Qualifikation

- Freude am Umgang mit Menschen.
- Sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise.
- Organisationsgeschick.
