- Responsible for the Product Development & Material Development of auto interior.
- Responsible for building up know how of all material.
- Keep contact with other technology groups of India Surface solution.
- Ensure work is done according to the rules of IATF 16949.
- Give support to PM for defined (sub) projects.
- Take the information of international and domestic industry developing trends for relevant people's reference.
- Support of the marketing department by technical acquisition.
- Ensure that the Product Development department supports the solving of quality problems and customer complaints on the demand of the quality or production department.
- Ultimately responsible for the product performance and stability and customer satisfaction.
- Fulfill other tasks arranged by superiors.
- Master degree or above, major in materials or chemical engineering.
- More than 5 years of technical experience in polymer industry, good knowledge in Auto interior product, material and process is preferred.(Accept outstanding fresh graduates)
- Proven project management experience in major projects and successfully completed projects with high complexity.
- Communicating effectively.
- Good ability to work under pressure and research spirit.
- Good English in written and read, fluent oral English is preferred.
