That means your profile headline says what you do rather than where you work, your skills list contains the words a recruiter would actually search for, and your last two roles have one line each explaining what you owned. Recruiters search by keyword. A profile that is beautifully written but omits the term "React" will not be returned for React.

Update it before you start applying, not after.
