Need help from OnJob support

I registered as a recruiter and my account has 30 credits, but I cannot find the Pay-per-Shortlist Marketplace, Talent Requests, or Propose Candidates option anywhere in my dashboard. The support AI has also been unable to connect me with a human agent. Can any recruiter or OnJob team member please tell me how to access the Pay-per-Shortlist Marketplace?
