The most common behavioural failure is not a weak story. It is a story with no result

Have four or five prepared: a project you led, a conflict you handled, a failure you owned, and something you shipped under a hard constraint. Each one needs a specific outcome at the end - a number, a decision that changed, a thing that shipped. "It went well" is where most answers stop and where interviewers stop listening.
