We are seeking an Academic Counselor to join our team. You will engage with students and parents, understand their educational needs, and guide them to the right programs.
Key responsibilities
Contact students and parents through calls.
Understand academic requirements.
Explain courses and learning programs.
Follow up with prospective customers.
Convert leads into admissions.
Maintain CRM records.
Achieve monthly sales/enrollment targets.
Provide post-sales assistance when required.
Required qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience.
Excellent Hindi and English communication skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Comfortable working with sales targets.
Nice to have
Proficiency in Hindi language.
Experience with CRM tools.
Background in education technology.
Ability to handle high lead volumes.
