About the Role

We are seeking detail-oriented professionals with strong visual assessment skills to evaluate photographs and AI-generated images. You will compare original, human-captured photographs with AI-generated versions, identify visual differences and technical inconsistencies, and provide clear, structured feedback.

Your assessments will contribute to AI training and evaluation, helping improve image quality, visual accuracy, and the ability of AI systems to reproduce realistic details.

Prior AI experience is not required. Practical knowledge of photography, image editing, or related visual arts disciplines is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Upload original photographs for use in controlled image evaluation assignments.

• Compare human-captured photographs with AI-generated images, identifying differences, inconsistencies, and visual artifacts.

• Evaluate image quality and technical details, including lighting, perspective, composition, anatomical accuracy, and rendering quality.

• Document observations clearly and precisely, explaining relevant visual differences and technical issues.

• Apply knowledge of digital photography and image editing to identify subtle defects and inconsistencies.

• Provide constructive, evidence-based feedback to support improvements in AI-generated imagery.

• Maintain the privacy and confidentiality of submitted photographs and related project materials.

• Collaborate remotely with other specialists to address evaluation requirements and project challenges.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong visual assessment skills and the ability to identify subtle differences between images.

• Excellent attention to detail when evaluating image quality, realism, composition, and technical accuracy.

• Strong written English skills, with the ability to describe visual observations clearly and accurately.

• Familiarity with digital photography, image editing, or related visual content workflows.

• Ability to provide objective, constructive feedback supported by specific observations.

• Commitment to privacy, confidentiality, and responsible handling of submitted content.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in digital photography, image editing, graphic design, or related visual arts fields.

• Proficiency with image editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or GIMP.

• Familiarity with AI image generation, image comparison, or visual quality evaluation.

• Experience identifying image defects, including lighting inconsistencies, perspective errors, anatomical inaccuracies, and rendering artifacts.

• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to communicate feedback constructively in project discussions.

Work Arrangement

This is a remote contract opportunity for candidates based in the United States. The work involves submitting original photographs for controlled evaluation assignments, reviewing AI-generated images, and delivering detailed visual assessments that support AI training and quality improvement.
