Associate Lead – Catalog & eCommerce

We are seeking an Associate Lead – Catalog & eCommerce to join our team. The role will drive accurate, consistent, and high‑quality catalog operations while leading pricing integrity and taxonomy design. This position reports to the Senior Manager/Head of Product Data, Catalog & eCommerce Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end pricing processes, conduct regular reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies.

• Establish and enforce catalog data quality control protocols and standards.

• Design and maintain enterprise‑level taxonomy structures for consistent product categorization.

• Manage product onboarding, ensuring completeness and compliance with data standards.

• Utilize Magento for catalog uploads, updates, troubleshooting, and platform enhancements.

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of catalog associates/analysts to meet productivity and quality benchmarks.

• Collaborate cross‑functionally with merchandising, sourcing, IT, and eCommerce teams.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

• 7–9 years of experience in catalog management, eCommerce operations, or product data management.

• Hands‑on experience with Magento (catalog module, product uploads, attribute management).

• Proven expertise in pricing strategy, audits, and reconciliation processes.

• Strong skills in taxonomy design, data governance, and quality control.

• Demonstrated team‑lead or associate‑lead experience, with solid stakeholder management abilities.

Nice to have

• MBA (preferred but not mandatory).

• Prior experience creating SEO‑friendly product content.

• Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
