Backend Engineer - Big It Jobs

We are seeking a Backend Engineer to join our team at a leading fintech organization. You will work on high‑scale payment systems, building reliable, high‑throughput applications for global customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design large-scale systems with high complexity to support high‑throughput applications.

• Leverage infrastructure to solve large‑scale technical problems.

• Develop tools and contribute to open‑source projects wherever possible.

• Apply root‑cause analysis to technical challenges.

• Take production ownership and support the code developed.

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience using Java or strong programming skills in Scala, Python, or Go.

• Experience with NoSQL databases and distributed caching.

• Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and object‑oriented programming.

• In‑depth understanding of concurrency and distributed computing.

• Experience in SaaS platform development.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing RESTful APIs, Pub/Sub systems, and database clients.

• Experience with AWS services.

• Experience developing systems in finance, payment, or similar industries.

• Experience working with microservices.
