Business Analyst – IT / Digital – BFSI (Lending)

JOB PURPOSE

Business analyst would be a vital link in helping business teams of L&T Finance meet its business objectives by leveraging latest technology.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

·     Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement

·     Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management

·     Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements

·     Working closely with business, vendor & internal tech teams

·     BRD/FSD document writing

·     Conducting and coordinating application UAT and APIs integration testing

·     Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems

·     Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements

·     Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects

Educational Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field

·       PG / MBA (Finance) preferred

Functional Skills

·       A minimum of 4 years of experience in business analysis in BFSI sector

·       Experience in Lending domain - preferably end to end loan journeys in SME

·       Experience of working on web & mobile applications

·       Experience of working on API integration - BigQuery preferred

·       Experience in Agile methodology preferred

·       Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

·       The ability to work with multiple cross functional teams & ability to influence stakeholders.

·       Excellent documentation & presentation skills.

·       Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
