JOB DESCRIPTIONResponsibilities:

The candidate is expected to grow the sales (increase presence), add customers in PAN India

Roles & Duties

·           Identify the right customer profile and establish connections through calls .emails.

·          Leads will be given to you

·          Meet potential customers regularly and understand their requirements by understanding the manufacturing process of the customer

·          Educating the customers regarding the products and services

·          Generate sales for packaging products in the region as per the mutually agreed targets and timelines

·          Reporting the trends, needs and requirements of the customers regularly to the management

 Qualifications and Education Requirements

·         Minimum Qualification – Graduate

 

Required Skills:

Proficient on complete MS Office Suite

·        Excellent Communication

·        Fluent in English and Hindi

·        Relationship based selling

Competencies

·        Should have excellent selling skills

·        Should have the capability of building long term relationships with the customers

·        Should know how to prioritize tasks and activities assigned

·        Should be process and result oriented

·        Should be pro-active in taking initiatives and taking them to a logical conclusion

·        Should be adaptable

·        Should be a keen learner and willing to learn new software’s and applications within the organization
