Commission-Only Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commission-Only Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong passion for talent acquisition and a proven ability to source, engage, and place candidates across various industries. As a Commission-Only Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, building relationships with clients and candidates, and leveraging your own tools to succeed in high-volume and external recruiting efforts. This position offers the flexibility to operate independently while focusing on delivering quality candidates to meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct candidate sourcing using various channels and strategies to identify top talent.

• Manage the full cycle recruiting process from initial outreach to placement, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and clients.

• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other personal tools to organize, track, and manage candidate pipelines efficiently.

• Engage in technical recruiting to identify candidates with specialized skills required for specific roles.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to foster trust and long-term partnerships.

• Handle high-volume recruitment projects, ensuring timely delivery of qualified candidates.

• Conduct external recruiting efforts across multiple platforms and networks to expand candidate reach.

Requirements

• Proven experience in full cycle recruiting, technical recruiting, or high-volume recruitment is preferred.

• Must have access to own recruiting tools

• Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and attract passive candidates.

• Excellent relationship management skills with a professional approach to client and candidate interactions.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a commission-only capacity.

• Effective communication skills and a proactive attitude toward recruitment challenges.
