Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive for our Lab Grown Diamonds showroom. The candidate will assist customers, explain jewellery products, and achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Attend walk-in customers at the showroom
* Explain lab grown diamond jewellery products to customers
* Assist customers in product selection and billing process
* Maintain strong customer relationships
* Achieve monthly sales targets
* Handle customer queries and after-sales support
* Maintain showroom display and cleanliness
* Coordinate with inventory and store team
