Acting as a bridge between business and IT, translating what the business needs into clear requirements for the data engineers.

Supporting the process owner with drafting, structuring and documenting business requirements for projects and improvement initiatives within the Supplies

department As a Data Owner Deliveries, you translate these business requirements into IT

according to the right methodology Documenting data definitions, data flows and logic behind reports, so that knowledge is shared and secured within the department.

Data collection:

Collecting data from a variety of sources, including internal databases, external sources, and other relevant data sources.

Ensuring a consistent and efficient data structure for reporting, in line with the organization's data standards.

Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the data collected.

Developing measures, KPIs and data models that are necessary for the operation of the Deliveries

Reporting and Visualization department:

Supporting business stakeholders in interpreting reports and insights, and advising on data-driven optimizations.

Developing clear reports and dashboards to present complex data to stakeholders in an understandable way.

Use data visualization tools to communicate insights.

Thinking critically about the impact of actions/changes within the Energy Supplies department and about the possible adjustments and consequences. Proactively support with proposals for control/follow-up.

Present findings to the Energy Trading and Risk Management Team Leader and provide recommendations for improvements based on data insights.

Examples: ETRM reporting, analysis of market trends, customer reporting, insights on shipping and sourcing contracts, regulatory reporting

Data analysis:

Applying statistical and analytical methods to explore data, identify patterns and understand trends.

To investigate and develop possibilities to extract even more information from the existing data as well as to identify possible new data streams in order to optimize the data analysis method and thus obtain maximum information gains.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with different departments and stakeholders to understand and meet data needs.

Giving advice to the Energy Trading and Risk Management Team Leader based on data insights.

Data management:

Maintaining and managing data quality, including identifying and resolving any errors or inconsistencies in the data in order to perform analysis on quality data.

Technology Skills:

Staying up-to-date on new technologies and methodologies in data analytics.
