FOS (Relationship Officer/Senior Relationship Officer)

Skill Requirement:

Minimum 1-5 years of experience in field sales; mandatory experience in lending products, open market sourcing, and small ticket-size business loans.

Educational Qualification: 10th, 12th, Graduate

Key Responsibilities:  

• Drive business loan sales by identifying and acquiring potential customers, building relationships, and achieving sales targets through field visits.

• To ensure disbursement targets are met with minimum delinquency

• Assess the potential client base and product acceptability in new regions, areas & opportunities for geographical expansion of operational areas.

• Disbursement, repayment, and delinquency management, achieving daily/weekly targets

• Undertake regular field visits, Centre Meetings, and review loan applications.

• Build strong client relationships both internally and externally and establish strong brand identification with potential customers.

• Ensure weekly/daily meetings & visits to the centre

• A basic understanding of the business loan model working would be preferred.

• A valid Driving License (DL) and a personal two-wheeler are mandatory requirements for this role.
