GENAI Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled GenAI Developer with strong Python expertise to design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI frameworks, and cloud-based AI services. The role involves developing scalable AI solutions, integrating LLMs with enterprise systems, and optimizing AI workflows for production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI applications using Python.

• Build AI-powered chatbots, copilots, intelligent assistants, and document-processing solutions.

• Develop and implement RAG architectures using vector databases.

• Integrate and fine-tune LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Llama, Gemini, or Mistral.

• Develop AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.

• Create REST APIs and microservices using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.

• Implement prompt engineering and optimize prompts for accuracy and performance.

• Work with structured and unstructured data including PDFs, documents, emails, and knowledge repositories.

• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, databases, and third-party systems.

• Monitor, evaluate, and optimize model performance, latency, and cost.

• Ensure AI governance, security, responsible AI practices, and compliance standards.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to deliver AI solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong programming experience in Python.

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs.

  • Experience with: LangChain/LangGraph

• Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, semantic search, and prompt engineering.

• Experience building REST APIs using FastAPI or Flask.
