Job description

We are seeking a Global Finance Planning & Analysis Manager to join our team. You will lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives while providing strategic insights to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting.

  • Perform variance analysis, scenario modeling, and financial data analysis.

  • Partner with HR and business stakeholders on capacity and compensation planning.

  • Develop business cases and provide strategic financial insights.

  • Improve financial processes and support leadership decision-making.

Required qualifications

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or an MBA (preferred).

  • 7+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis.

  • Strong expertise in FP&A, financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

  • Advanced Excel skills and extensive financial modeling experience.

  • Proficiency with SAP or Oracle financial systems and data extraction/reporting.

Nice to have

  • Experience with advanced data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
