Position- Gold Loan Executive

Location Banashankari, HSR Layout, HBR Layout, Yelahanka, Basavanagudi, Devanahalli & Kanakapura Main Road (Bengaluru)

Experience Minimum 6 Months

Qualification Graduate (Mandatory)

Salary ₹2.0 LPA – ₹3.2 LPA + Attractive Performance Incentives

Job Responsibilities

Report to the assigned branch every morning for attendance and daily work planning.

Visit customers in the assigned territory to generate Gold Loan business.

Acquire new customers through field sales and local market activities.

Explain Gold Loan products and guide customers through the loan process.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Coordinate with the branch team for documentation and loan processing.

Achieve monthly sales and business targets.

Eligibility:

Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).

Minimum 6 months of experience in Gold Loan, Banking, NBFC, or BFSI Sales.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable with field sales and local travel.

Target-driven and customer-focused.
