We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant with expertise in B2C sales to join our dynamic sales team. As a sales consultant, you will be responsible for delivering sales targets by effectively promoting and selling our company's products to individual customers. • Conduct Sales Presentations: Utilise your excellent communication and presentation skills to showcase our products to potential customers, highlighting their unique selling points and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

• Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service, addressing their enquiries, and following up on their sales enquiries in a timely manner. Maintain a database of customer information for future reference.

• Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our company's products, including their features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Stay updated on product changes and enhancements to effectively communicate product updates to customers.

• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify potential sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge in the market. Share market insights with the sales team and management.

• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, sales techniques, and product knowledge through ongoing training programs and self-directed learning. Apply new skills and knowledge to enhance sales performance and contribute to the overall growth of the sales
