Compensation & Benefits
Attractive salary + Incentive EligibilityCandidates achieving sales targets above ₹3,000 are eligible for incentives. Higher incentives are applicable for sales performance exceeding ₹4,000.
Working Schedule
27–28 working days per month
One weekly off between Monday and Friday
Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days
Rotational shifts as per store requirements
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell wellness, healthcare, personal care, and OTC products to customers.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain high standards of customer service and product knowledge.
Ensure proper merchandising and display of products.
Build customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
Support store operations and inventory activities as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, wellness, healthcare, pharmacy, FMCG, or related sectors.
Strong sales orientation with the ability to meet targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good grooming, professional appearance, and presentation skills are mandatory.
Customer-focused attitude with a positive approach toward sales.
Comfortable working in a target-driven retail environment.
