Internal Recruiter

About the role The Internal Recruiter will lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process for all internal talent needs, ensuring a seamless hiring experience for managers and employees. You will partner closely with business leaders to understand skill gaps and develop targeted sourcing strategies, using a proactive, data‑driven approach to talent acquisition within a fast‑moving organization.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to forecast and define hiring needs.

• Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies across multiple channels.

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment, including screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

• Maintain accurate and compliant candidate records in the ATS.

• Provide regular hiring metrics and insights to stakeholders.

• Support workforce planning initiatives and succession planning.

• Mentor junior recruiters on best practices.

Required qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in an internal recruiter role.

• Proven expertise in sourcing high‑quality candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other tools.

• Strong understanding of full‑cycle recruiting and ATS best practices.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Ability to analyze recruitment data and drive process improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice to have

• Experience in a corporate recruitment function or HRIS systems.

• Familiarity with diversity and inclusion hiring practices.

• Knowledge of labor market trends and compensation benchmarking.

• Advanced certifications such as SHRM‑CP or AIRS.
