IT Business Analyst-Fluent Dutch is mandatory

We are seeking an IT Business Analyst to join our team. You will work within multidisciplinary teams to translate customer needs into practical solutions and drive process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Translate customer needs, expectations, and desired changes into practical IT solutions.

• Analyze and evaluate existing business processes to identify improvement opportunities.

• Provide clear recommendations based on findings and support implementation.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including stakeholders and developers, to ensure solutions meet business goals.

• Work in Agile environments, participating in ceremonies and sprint planning.

• Assess the impact of emerging technologies and AI on business models.

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst (senior level preferred) in complex Business/IT environments.

• Strong analytical skills combined with an understanding of human behaviour and change adoption.

• Proven experience working in Agile methodologies.

• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

• Experience in sectors such as Finance, Government, Utilities, or Logistics.

Nice to have

• Interest in the impact of technology and AI on business models.

• Familiarity with process‑improvement frameworks (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
