IT Engineer

Job location: Mira road

Shift timings : 9 am to 9 pm (9 hrs rotational shift)

Working days: Mon to Sat (6 days)

1. Infrastructure Monitoring & Maintenance

2. Configure and maintain LAN / WAN, routers, switches, VLANs and Wi-Fi access points,

3. Manager VPN and remote access solutions

4. IT asset and backup management

5. Create, manage and disable user accounts, email IDs, shared mailboxes and groups via AD and Microsoft 365

6. Act as a L2/L3 escalation point for complex issues

7. Guide junior support engineers in troubleshooting techniques and documentation.

8. Assist in infrastructure rollouts such as new server deployment, wi-fi upgrades, firewall migrations or CCTV network expansion.
