Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. The role involves maintaining a variety of equipment and ensuring safe, efficient operation.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures to minimize downtime.

• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate repairs.

• Maintain compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company safety standards.

• Collaborate with team members and communicate work status effectively.

• Document maintenance activities and update equipment logs.

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a related field.

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills with the ability to work in tight, noisy, and dirty environments.

• Ability to lift 15 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.

• Proficiency in maintenance procedures and interpreting blueprints/schematics.

Nice to have

• Experience with preventive maintenance programs.

• OSHA safety certification or related safety training.

• Familiarity with PLCs, automation systems, or basic electrical controls.

• Basic welding or metal fabrication skills.
