Job description
Primary Job Responsibilities
Mentoring Students for UPSC/UPPSC preparation.
Coordinate regarding students’ learnings, study schedule, weaker areas, improvement, etc.
Clear doubts of students regarding their academic requirements and also help them manage the exam pressure.
Be the support system for the students during this cumbersome journey.
Specific Knowledge & Skills
Should have appeared for at least 2 UPSC CSE Mains or 1 UPSC CSE Interview.
Should have appeared for at least 2 UPPSC Mains attempts.
Candidates who have appeared for the UPSC/UPPSC Interview will be preferred.
Prior mentoring/counselling experience will be preferred.
Good understanding of the UPSC/UPPSC examination pattern, preparation strategy, and syllabus.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and student-handling skills.
