Identify linguistic errors, inconsistencies, contextual misunderstandings, and cultural or regional language issues.
Assess the quality and consistency of completed tasks, identifying areas that require correction or improvement.
Provide clear, evidence-based feedback on language quality and AI model performance.
Investigate recurring errors and recommend practical improvements to evaluation criteria and quality processes.
Apply project guidelines consistently when assessing ambiguous or complex language cases.
Help maintain high standards of accuracy, consistency, and reliability across language-specific deliverables.
Document quality findings and communicate issues clearly to relevant project stakeholders.
Support quality calibration and guideline refinement where required by the project.
Meet project deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and objective evaluation standards.
Requirements
Native-level or advanced proficiency in at least one of the advertised languages.
Excellent reading comprehension, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and language analysis skills.
Strong understanding of linguistic nuance, idiomatic expressions, context, and cultural appropriateness.
Experience in quality assurance, language evaluation, translation, proofreading, editing, annotation, or AI training is an advantage.
Ability to identify subtle errors and assess content against defined quality criteria.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
