The annualized figure is based on 40 hours per week and 48 working weeks per year. Actual earnings will depend on project workload, assignments, and hours worked.

About the Role

We are seeking professional photographers to contribute their photography expertise to the development and training of AI systems. In this role, you will provide high-quality visual content descriptions, image labels, and contextual information that help AI models better understand and interpret images.

You will apply your professional photography knowledge to analyze visual content, create accurate image metadata, and deliver organized, high-quality submissions that meet project requirements.

This opportunity is ideal for photographers with strong visual judgment, attention to detail, and experience producing consistent, high-quality work. Prior AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze photographs and identify relevant visual elements, subjects, settings, and contextual details.

• Create accurate image descriptions, labels, captions, and metadata to support AI training and visual understanding.

• Apply professional photography knowledge to explain image composition, content, and distinguishing characteristics.

• Review image annotations and descriptions for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.

• Organize photography-related data and prepare submissions according to project guidelines.

• Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements and align deliverables with AI training objectives.

• Follow project instructions, incorporate feedback, and refine submissions to meet quality standards.

• Manage assigned tasks efficiently and deliver completed work within established deadlines.

• Communicate progress, clarify uncertainties, and resolve content-related questions with project stakeholders.

• Maintain consistent standards across image descriptions, labeling, metadata creation, and data submission.

Required Qualifications

• Professional photography experience with a strong understanding of visual content and image quality.

• Proficiency in photography tools and editing software, particularly Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom.

• Ability to analyze images and produce accurate descriptions, labels, and contextual information.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and data organization skills.

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and incorporate feedback effectively.

• Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Reliable handling, organization, review, and submission of project deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional photography experience in one or more areas, such as portrait, landscape, commercial, or editorial photography.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality, consistent photographic work.

• Experience creating image descriptions, captions, labels, or metadata.

• Experience reviewing visual content for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.

• Previous experience working remotely on structured projects.

• Familiarity with data labeling, image annotation, or visual content classification.
