Picker/Packer – Roles & Responsibilities

  • Pick products as per customer orders.

  • Pack products safely and accurately.

  • Scan barcodes and update order details.

  • Check product quantity, quality, and labels.

  • Sort and organize products in the warehouse.

  • Ensure orders are ready for timely dispatch.

  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.

  • Follow warehouse rules and standard procedures.

  • Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery team.

  • Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
