SynerHeal Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated Regional Sales Manager to drive sales of wound care, surgical, and dental products across the assigned region. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and distributors, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell wound care, surgical, and dental products.

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.

• Identify new customers and expand market reach.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Monitor competitor activities and prepare regular sales reports.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, surgical, or dental sales.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
