The Counter Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers at the store counter, promoting products, processing sales transactions, and ensuring excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in product selection.

• Provide detailed information about product features, benefits, and pricing.

• Handle billing, cash, card, and digital payment transactions accurately

• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.

• Address customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally.

• Keep track of stock levels and inform the store manager of replenishment needs.
