RPA Support Engineer – UiPath

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior RPA Support Engineer with strong expertise in UiPath Application Support and RPA Production Support. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, maintaining and supporting UiPath automation solutions in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for UiPath‑based automation solutions
• Monitor RPA bots, workflows and production environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests and production issues within SLAs
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive actions
• Support UiPath Orchestrator administration, job scheduling, bot management and environments
• Manage bot deployments, version upgrades and release activities
• Troubleshoot bot failures, runtime exceptions and infrastructure‑related issues
• Prepare operational reports, support documentation and metrics
• Work closely with development, infrastructure and business teams
• Participate in on‑call and critical incident management when required

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands‑on UiPath & RPA experience
• UiPath Application / Production Support experience
• UiPath Orchestrator, Robots, Queues, Assets & Processes
• Production incident management and troubleshooting
• ITIL – Incident, Problem & Change Management
• Experience with monitoring tools and ticketing/service management platforms
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• UiPath Certification – Mandatory
