Position Overview

The Sales Trainee will join our sales team to learn and contribute to the entire sales process of cybersecurity and cloud-based IT solutions. This role involves training in technical product knowledge, customer relationship management, and sales execution, preparing candidates for a successful sales career in IT.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and generate qualified leads to support business growth.

• Assist in delivering product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to clients.

• Manage client communication via calls and emails, maintaining CRM records accurately.

• Work closely with technical teams to understand product features and coordinate client demos.

Perform cold calling to identify potential customers, generate leads, and schedule meetings.

• Support post-sales activities and ensure customer satisfaction under supervision.

Qualifications & Skills

● Bachelor’s degree

● Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

● Basic IT or cybersecurity knowledge beneficial; keen willingness to learn mandatory.

● Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho) preferred.

● Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment with a proactive attitude.

● Willingness to travel locally for client visits as required.
