About the Role

We are looking for experienced Salesforce Specialists to complete, review, and document realistic CRM workflows using Salesforce.

You’ll work with core Salesforce records, reporting and dashboards, workflow automation, and CRM data management. The role requires practical Salesforce experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to clearly explain how common CRM workflows are completed. No prior AI experience is required.

What You’ll Do

• Complete and review realistic workflows within Salesforce.

• Work with leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and other CRM records.

• Create and manage Salesforce reports and dashboards.

• Use Salesforce Flow and automation features to support common business processes.

• Manage and organize CRM data accurately and consistently.

• Explore Salesforce functionality and identify practical real-world CRM use cases.

• Document the steps required to complete different Salesforce workflows.

• Review workflows and provide clear feedback based on your Salesforce experience.

• Explain Salesforce processes, tools, and workflow decisions accurately.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience using Salesforce CRM.

• Experience managing leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities.

• Practical understanding of CRM data management.

• Experience using Salesforce for sales, CRM, or business operations workflows.

• Familiarity with Salesforce Flow and workflow automation.

• Experience creating or working with Salesforce reports and dashboards.

• Ability to clearly document and explain Salesforce workflows.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication.

Preferred Experience

• Salesforce certifications are a plus but not required.

• Experience documenting or evaluating CRM workflows.

• Experience with Salesforce automation, reporting, and business process management.
