Salesforce Specialist

We are engaging Salesforce Specialists to contribute expert insight and capabilities to a critical customer project. You will apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems, shaping how models learn, reason and perform through high-quality, real‑world input. No prior experience in AI is required; your domain knowledge is what matters. The role emphasizes a high standard of written and verbal communication to enable effective collaboration in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete and review realistic workflows within Salesforce.
• Work with leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities and other CRM records.
• Create and manage Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• Use Salesforce Flow and automation features to support common business processes.
• Manage and organize CRM data accurately.
• Explore Salesforce features and identify common real‑world use cases.
• Clearly document the steps needed to complete different Salesforce workflows.
• Review workflows and provide feedback based on your Salesforce experience.

Requirements

• Strong hands‑on experience using Salesforce CRM.
• Experience managing leads, contacts, accounts and opportunities.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Flow, automation, reports and dashboards.
• Experience using Salesforce for sales, CRM or business operations workflows.
• Good understanding of CRM data management.
• Ability to explain Salesforce workflows clearly and accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Salesforce certifications.
