SAP SuccessFactors Consultant- French Or Dutch Mandatory

We are seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team. The role involves defining the scope and roadmap for SAP SuccessFactors implementation integrated with SAP HR.

Key responsibilities

• Support management and the project team in defining business and IT project scope for SuccessFactors.

• Provide expertise in creating a roadmap for implementing SAP SuccessFactors modules.

• Finalize specifications and integrate key elements related to the solution and its modules.

• Assist the IT team with a high‑level migration plan from legacy applications to SuccessFactors and SAP HR.

• Identify opportunities and limitations for legacy migration and define the “as‑is‑to‑be” big picture.

• Conduct reverse analysis of existing functionalities and model technical/functional reports.

• Lead, facilitate and document meetings with stakeholders including developers, end‑users and local management.

• Estimate impacts and risks associated with decommissioning existing applications.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP HR and SAP SuccessFactors implementations.

• Perfect command of French, both spoken and written.

• Strong analytical, documentation and stakeholder‑management skills.

• Proven ability to define project scope, migration strategies and risk assessments.

Nice to have

• Experience with other HRIS platforms or integration tools.

• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).

• Willingness to travel to various business units.

• Knowledge of data migration best practices and change management.
