Senior Identity Engineer (IAM)

We are seeking a Senior Identity Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and operating enterprise Identity and Access Management solutions across cloud and on-premises environments. The engineer will collaborate with InfoSec, IT, and business teams to deliver secure, scalable identity services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate IAM solutions using Okta, Active Directory, and Azure AD/Entra ID.

• Automate identity lifecycle management for human and non‑human identities.

• Implement RBAC, Just‑In‑Time (JIT) access, and provisioning models.

• Secure privileged and elevated access using PAM best practices and governance workflows.

• Lead complex identity initiatives, translating security and business requirements into technical designs.

• Maintain IAM policies, standards, procedures, runbooks, and support audit and compliance activities.

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management or Identity Security.

• Strong expertise with Azure AD / Entra ID.

• Hands‑on experience with Okta and Active Directory.

• Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM), JIT access, and non‑human identity management.

• Proficiency in scripting and automation of identity processes.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.

• Familiarity with security standards like ISO 27001.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for IAM deployments.
