🎓 Qualification: Graduation

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls and generate leads.

- Understand and qualify client requirements.

- Follow up with potential clients.

- Maintain call records and update CRM.

- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve targets.

Requirements:

- 3–5 years of telecalling/inside sales experience.

- Excellent Hindi & English communication.

- Construction/PEB industry experience preferred.

- Basic computer & CRM knowledge.

- Target-oriented and persuasive personality.
