Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Teamcenter Consultant with 8+ years of experience in Teamcenter PLM implementation, customization, integration, migration, and consulting.

The candidate should be capable of understanding complex business requirements, designing scalable Teamcenter solutions, leading technical discussions with customers, and providing technical guidance to the team.

Key Skills Required

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Siemens Teamcenter PLM

• Strong expertise in Teamcenter customization, configuration, and implementation

• Excellent knowledge of BMIDE, ITK, SOA, and Active Workspace (AWC)

• Strong understanding of Teamcenter architecture, data model, workflows, Access Manager, Organization, Query Builder, and Change Management

• Experience in Teamcenter integrations with ERP, MES, CAD, or other enterprise applications

• Experience in data migration, PLMXML, data mapping, and validation

• Experience with Teamcenter installation, configuration, upgrades, deployment, and troubleshooting

• Good knowledge of SQL and database concepts

• Understanding of performance tuning and production support

• Knowledge of C/C++/Java and web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and JSON is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and translate them into effective Teamcenter solutions

• Lead Teamcenter implementation, customization, integration, and migration activities

• Design technical solutions and prepare solution/technical documents

• Conduct technical discussions and requirement workshops with customers

• Provide technical estimates, feasibility analysis, and implementation plans

• Troubleshoot complex Teamcenter and integration issues

• Participate in POCs, solution demonstrations, and pre-sales activities

• Review technical solutions and ensure adherence to PLM best practices

• Guide and mentor junior Teamcenter consultants

• Support UAT, deployment, go-live, and post-production activities

• Identify opportunities for process and solution improvements

• Strong solution design and technical consulting capability

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Strong customer-facing and communication skills

• Ability to independently handle complex Teamcenter requirements

• Ability to lead technical discussions and small teams

• Experience in code/design review and technical decision-making

• Strong understanding of PLM processes and implementation best practices

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale or multi-site Teamcenter implementations

• Experience with Teamcenter version upgrades

• Knowledge of NX–Teamcenter integration

• Experience with Opcenter/MES integration

• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and Git

• Experience working with global customers
