Job description

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with 2–5 years of experience to design, develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience with ServiceNow, JavaScript, and ITSM, and will work collaboratively in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop, configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.

  • Build and enhance ITSM workflows, business rules, scripts, and integrations.

  • Develop solutions using JavaScript, Glide APIs, client scripts, UI policies, and script includes.

  • Configure core ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.

  • Integrate ServiceNow with internal and third‑party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.

Required qualifications

  • 2–5 years of ServiceNow development experience.

  • Strong JavaScript programming skills.

  • Experience with ServiceNow platform, ITSM processes, and ITIL concepts.

  • Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and ServiceNow APIs.

Nice to have

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Developer certification.

  • Experience with Service Portal, Flow Designer, or IntegrationHub.

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
