Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site activities, coordinate with vendors and workers, and ensure work is completed as per the required quality, timelines, and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site activities and monitor project progress.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, labourers, and other site teams.
Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
Manage labour and allocate work effectively.
Track materials, site requirements, and overall site activities.
Identify and resolve day-to-day site issues.
Maintain regular communication with the project team and provide progress updates.
Ensure proper safety, cleanliness, and discipline at the site.
Handle multiple sites when required.
Requirements
Good people-management and communication skills.
Ability to coordinate and manage vendors, contractors, and labour.
Strong sense of responsibility and ability to get work completed as expected.
Basic understanding of construction/interior execution processes.
Willingness to travel to different project sites as required.
Freshers with good communication and management skills are welcome.
