Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site activities, coordinate with vendors and workers, and ensure work is completed as per the required quality, timelines, and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and monitor project progress.

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, labourers, and other site teams.

• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

• Manage labour and allocate work effectively.

• Track materials, site requirements, and overall site activities.

• Identify and resolve day-to-day site issues.

• Maintain regular communication with the project team and provide progress updates.

• Ensure proper safety, cleanliness, and discipline at the site.

• Handle multiple sites when required.

Requirements

• Good people-management and communication skills.

• Ability to coordinate and manage vendors, contractors, and labour.

• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to get work completed as expected.

• Basic understanding of construction/interior execution processes.

• Willingness to travel to different project sites as required.

• Freshers with good communication and management skills are welcome.
