Job Profile: Sr. Executive & Admin Assistant (EA)

Role Objective

To provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the Director, ensuring smooth follow-ups, reporting, and inter-departmental communication for efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Executive Assistance

· Support the Director in follow-ups, scheduling, and daily administrative tasks.

· Act as a point of contact between the Director and various departments, ensuring timely updates.

· Coordination & Reporting

· Coordinate with branches and departments to collect, compile, and present periodic reports.

· Track ongoing tasks/projects and update the Director regularly on progress.

· Follow up with the sales team, ensuring timely submission of performance and sales reports.

· Prepare concise, structured reports and presentations to support decision-making.

· Cross-Department Support

· Ensure effective communication and follow-through on behalf of the Director.

· Help streamline inter-departmental coordination and escalate issues as necessary.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

· Graduate in Business Administration/Commerce or related field.

· 8-10 years of experience in administrative or executive assistant roles.

· Strong skills in MS Office, ERP systems, and online research.

· Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up abilities.

· Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
